Castleton Fish Fry: March 11, 2012
The Castleton Lions will be holding their 9th Annual Fish Fry on March 11, 2012 in two different seatings. Come and enjoy fish chowder, and assortment of fish, potatoes, vegetables, and pie. (PIE!). Venison stew, chili, and chicken strips will also be available.

The NorShaft Lions will be hosting their Third Annual Chili Tasting Event on January 28th. There will be over 20 varieties available including Pumpkin, Vegetarian, White Chili, Chicken, Sausage, Chicken and Sweet Potato, Elk, and Venison in addition to a variety of traditional hot, medium, and mild beef chilies. The Chili Tasting takes place at the Vermont Art Exchange on Sage Street in North Bennington on Saturday, January 28 from 11:30 – 2:30. There will be live music and a cash bar.
